I’m not exactly certain of which hotel you are staying at but I will assume that it is near Piazza San Marco. 30124 appears to be the zip code for Venice.
From Marco Polo Airport you have a couple of options to get to San Marco. You can take the Alilaguna Water Bus and all four lines do stop at San Marco. The Orange Line would be best as it goes up the Grand Canal so it’s a great way to experience the beauty of Venice.
Another option is to take a bus or taxi from the airport to Piazzale Roma. From here you would take the Vaporetto, Line 1 or 2 to San Marco. Piazzale Roma is the end of the road so to speak as from that point on travel is all on foot or by boat. The Vaporetto is the public water bus system in Venice with numerous lines that go pretty much everywhere in Venice.
The last option is to take a private water taxi. They will take you to as close as possible to your hotel. While convenient, this option is also the most expensive and will cost over 100 euro.
If the weather is nice I would consider the Alilaguna Water Bus. It crosses the lagoon going out to Venice and would be a great way to see the area as you approach the island. The cost of the Alilaguna service is close to the cost of the bus plus Vaporetto so there is no big advantage to either.
