Hike That Goes Along Cliff's Edge in Switzerland Doesn't Even Look Real

Up for a bit of a hike? We hope you don't get vertigo too easily! If you can handle your heights, read on.

The Swiss Alps offer some of the best hiking trails and climbing challenges for outdoor enthusiasts the world over. If you're tired of trekking over foothills and up mountains, however, you can enjoy a leisurely walk along the side of a cliff along the Bisse Du Ro in Crans-Montana. TikTok user @neil.james took the walk there and gave us a glimpse of its incredible views. Don't look down!

It's gonna be hard to beat a view like that. The view stretches out far over the mountains. Combined with the rolling green hills and the birdsong, the scene all comes together in a serene fantasy. It's definitely not an ideal hike if you're scared of heights, though!

The bisses, or irrigation routes, that serve as the basis of hiking trails like these, have been around for hundreds of years. It's amazing to think back on the brave people who worked to build these routes all the way back as early as the 14th century!

Viewers were entranced by the incredible views. "What!! it doesn’t even look real that’s insane😍" commented @caitlingarnett.x. "Omg this is incredible! 😍," admired @shaunmelady.

"Definitely going for this one when I visit Switzerland," said @nigel_bruce. What do you think? Could you see yourself walking along down the Bisse du Ro? We think this would be an iconic trail for any hiking enthusiast- provided they can handle the steep sights!
