Festive 'Santa Suite' at Christmas-Themed Inn Brings All the Hallmark Vibes

This is as close as people will get to living in a movie.

I am very much a Holiday Person — someone who throws herself wholeheartedly into whatever holiday happens to be next on the counter. Themed activities, outfits, decorations... whatever happens to fit the special day, I'm all about it. But my favorite holiday is, by an overwhelming margin, Christmas. There's just something so special about shopping for gifts to make the people in my life happy, and peppermint mochas from Starbucks, and baking cookies (and the extra days off definitely do not hurt, either).

The only downside to Christmas is that it happens once a year... unless you're willing to travel for it. If so, there's a hotel that celebrates the holiday all year round, and it looks like something straight out of a Hallmark movie.

As travel agent Sarah Bellin shared in a TikTok video on Monday, May 20, this magical place is called the Inn at Christmas Place, and you can find it in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee (close to Dollywood, so why not hit up both while you're in the area?).

Her video is less than 30 seconds long, but it took less than that before I had officially made up my mind that I need to visit this place, especially in the middle of summer when the weather is so hot and Christmas feels so far away.

The entire place is decorated, including the outside of the inn, but Sarah's room is really what's impressive. She stayed in the Santa Suite, and yes, it absolutely does look fit for the jolly old guy. There's a fireplace, a Christmas tree, and decorations everywhere. Even Clark Griswold would be impressed.

And yes, it's open all year!

More About the Inn at Christmas Place

If you want to make your own Christmas memories regardless of the time of year and are willing to make the trip out to Pigeon Forge, staying at the Inn at Christmas Place is surprisingly affordable.

During the summer, you'll find rates starting at around $220 per night, though it does get more expensive the closer you get to Christmas (in September, as far as their calendar will go, you're looking at about $300 per night for a standard room and upwards of $400 for a suite like the one shown in this video).

The decorations aren't the only reason to stay here, either; plenty of other details and amenities make the inn Christmas-y. They're putting in the coolest snow-capped pool that will be completed this summer, and on certain nights, Santa and Mrs. Claus make an appearance to sing Christmas carols and offer up milk and cookies before bed.

If you feel like celebrating Christmas in July (or literally any other month) this year, you should check it out. You never know — maybe your own Hallmark-style love story will start while you're there.
