Woman Gives Commentary on 'Disney's' Abandoned Attractions and We're So Intrigued

Honestly, this is a little bit sad.

If you've ever been to Disney World or Disneyland, you know there's so much to do and see (and eat) there that you couldn't possibly expect to experience it all in one trip. But while knowing all that the parks have to offer today, it's even wilder to think about all the attractions that used to be there and are now abandoned. Imagine what could have been if they were still there today!

If this is something that fascinates you, you're going to be super into this video from @themouselets on TikTok. She offered up some explanation about a recent article detailing the abandoned attractions, and some of them are even a little bit creepy.

In the video, which runs just over two minutes long, the poster fact checks the article, since not all of it is accurate, according to her expertise. Some of the photos truly are from Disney attractions that remain abandoned to this day, like Discovery Island in Florida, though, and some are bringing back major memories. Anyone else remember the Wonders of Life Pavilion from their Disney trips in the '90s?

People in the comments chimed in with their own knowledge to add about some of these attractions, too.

"Two of the boats from Animal Kingdom are still running in service on Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon," one person said, while another added, "The rainbow tunnel is still there, people just can’t go in it."

It's all pretty fascinating... and we really wonder what Disney's plans are with the rides and shows that remain in an abandoned state today. Maybe it's time for something new?
